I've bought and sold about 6 houses, so I was pretty comfortable doing this again. But this time, it was not so easy because of issues with the seller - multiple issues. But, Genn never 'disappeared'; she was always availble every step of the way. Her advice was always on target; she always had my back. She is very knowledgeable about homes where I was looking. Ultimately, Genn found me my house and it is perfect for me! I don't plan on moving again, but if I did, I'd want Genn as my realtor.
